Shipping Policy

At Shirtsexpert.com, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order:

1. Processing Times

Shirtsexpert.com collects information in two ways:

  • Standard Products: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom & Personalized Products: Processing may take 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of customization.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited & Express Options: Faster delivery options are available at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.
  • Free Shipping Offer: Orders over $149.99 qualify for free shipping, but only for blank (non-customized) items delivered within major U.S. states.
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, regardless of order value.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Shipping from Mills

  • In some cases, orders may ship directly from mills.
  • Customers will be notified via email or phone if their order is shipped from a mill.
  • Please note: Orders shipped directly from mills are not eligible for return or exchange (see our Refund & Return Policy).

6. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearanc

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your package is lost by the carrier, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
