Refund & Return Policy
At Shirtsexpert.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy carefully:
1. Standard Products
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Once an order has shipped, a restocking fee will apply (see Section 6).
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
- Custom or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
- Exceptions: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or with an error on our part, we will investigate the issue. Our production team will review the claim and decide whether the product will be replaced at no additional cost, or if charges for the product or customization may still apply. The decision of the production team will be considered final.
3. Order Cancellations
Standard Orders:
- Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes during our working hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST).
- Orders placed outside working hours will be processed the next business day, and the 30-minute cancellation window will apply once our office opens.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may return the order under our return policy, but a restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
- Cancellations may only be requested if production has not yet started.
- Once customization begins, cancellations are not possible.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team will investigate and provide a resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom/personalized apparel
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Orders shipped directly from mills (customers will be notified via email or phone when their order is shipped from a mill; such orders are not eligible for return or exchange)
6. Restocking Fees
- All approved returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the order value or $20, whichever is higher.
- Restocking fees are non-negotiable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
7. Size & Color Disclaimer
- Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen display settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots.
- Apparel sizing may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. A tolerance of 1–2 inches in measurements is considered acceptable within industry standards and is not considered a defect.
- Such variations do not qualify as defects and will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
